Blu Fin Sushi is an absolute gem deserving of a solid 5-star rating! I recently ordered takeout from this delightful spot, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The Howdy Roll and Poke bowl were nothing short of spectacular—each bite bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that left me craving more. Despite ordering to go, the service was exceptional, with my order ready promptly and the staff friendly and accommodating. I came in for the first time today and ordered the teriyaki salmon and sashimi platter. The teriyaki salmon came out on a sizzling cast iron and was super tender and flaky with an awesome sweet and savory glaze. The presentation of the sashimi platter was really aesthetically pleasing, and the salmon was the star which melted in my mouth. Looking forward to ordering again!

The staff was very attentive and welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It's a wonderful experience eating here, especially when the chefs are given the freedom to create art on a plate and the chefs are considerate and listen to customer preference on custom rolls. Presentation, creativity and friendly and personable chefs and staff are all high points that will heighten each dining experience to Michelin Star levels, at least in my opinion! I bring in family and friends every opportunity I get! Would highly recommend eating here when you have the opportunity! They never disappoint!
